Terms and Conditions

• Holy Stitches & HANDiWORKS is a community minded company. Contracts for services will be required for all repairs, machine cleanings, in home learning sessions, and group learning sessions.

• The name, logo, icons, patterns, etc for Holy Stitches & Handiworks are the intellectual property of Tamara Lawrence. Any misuse of  these will result in prosecution to the furthest extent of the law. 

•Patterns used during learning sessions are the property of Tamara Lawrence and can not be duplicated or copied for personal home use. 

•Be nice!  During a learning session behavior, such as, but not limited to, unlawful behavior, hate speech, and bullying will not be tolerated. Drop off and pick up will be respectful for both parties. While we would like to promote other small business in our area, we do not tolerate spam. 

• Holy Stitches & HANDiWORKS is a family run sewing fun company located in Ashland, Kansas. We reserve the right to make house calls within approximately one hour of our location. We ship to the United States only from our handmade craft section.

• While we specialize in Singer brand models of sewing machine for repair and cleaning, we will happily look at all others. If we can not provide exceptional service for the customer, a lower rate will be charged.

• We reserve the right to reasonable accommodation for all services and will treat our clients with respect and dignity.

• Accounts can be set up based on customer  need. 

• Any in home learning sessions are subject to contract signed by a legal adult.
